Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at info@daphyt.com with your order number and photos of the product (if applicable). Do not send any product back to our warehouse without receiving confirmation from us first — any unauthorized return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Custom or personalized products

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

• Personal care items (beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to place a new order after your return is approved. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same condition requirements as above.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection. We’ll notify you once your return has been inspected and let you know if your refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
